Walk 20 in 2020

Whether you are working in the office, working from home or on a temporary furlough getting some exercise each day will help you build and improve your state of wellness. It is said that just 20 minutes per day of walking boosts energy, mood and metabolism. You can even break the 20 minutes in to 2 separate 10 minute walks and reap benefits.
